I Am In Love With a Fictional Character

I'll admit it, having at the recommendation of my best friend and aided by several hogsheads of beer and joints, made my way through all of the (non-filler) original run of Naruto and half of the (non-filler) run of Naruto Shippudan, I still have no idea why anybody "wuvs" or lusts after Sasuke in the slightest. Maybe it's because I'm not a 14 year old girl, but I just wish that he'd die in a suitably painful and humiliating fashion. Maybe he could have a "Death Equals Redemption" moment, but to actually love him? He's such a self-invested douche.
