@SoulAsylum: Sometimes it is best not to analyse ourselves.

Eating breakfast so late.

@pennynoodles: I used to but stopped eating sugar and grains and now don't get hungry like before. I think they were causing hypoglycemia and that made me too hungry and I'd overeat.
pennynoodles · 56-60, F
@cherokeepatti: You might have a good point there.

@pennynoodles: I started eating more resistant-starch foods in November and it straightened my appetite up in 48 hours. I stopped eating anything with sugar and wheat and then all grains. Wheat was also causing pains in my joints. So after that it was easy to give them up.

@Pedromartinez: You lose a lot of time in doing so. But if you've got time to lose, then why not.
@keeps me sane as things become harder.Would still prefer to be on the place I was forced to leave and EA proved to be a disaster but I have found a wonderful British Seniors site that is very welcoming.
pennynoodles · 56-60, F

pennynoodles · 56-60, F
