Have you ever fell on a treadmill?

I thought I could run fast because I was in shape. So I turned up the speed as high as it could go. Wrong choice 😂😂😭 I was trying to reach the stop button mid-fall while still trying to run and I fell and skinned my knee. I'm going to leave the fast running to the track runners lol
