Do you talk to yourself out loud?

I do, a lot. Wearing a mask in public has made it easier to do when I'm on my own outside. In my apartment though, I think my roommate has started to think I'm schizophrenic. Lol.
In a rush, or trying to remain focused on a task, yes.
When bluetooth ear pieces debuted, I changed directions more than once because someone was speaking aloud to themselves.😄

I sometimes hear myself making comments about what I'm buying in the supermarket. {'I've got that...did I see that in the cupboard?...Should have put that on the list'). The mask does help, but I look around to see of anyone has noticed. I think they're all too polite to stare. 😁

All the time! It's sort of a mental notebook - and it's helpful so I don't forget what I really, really need to remember on certain days.

Yeah loads, I often catch myself walking down the road laughing to myself which looks especially crazy.

It's when you start answering yourself that becomes a problem...
Frank52 · 70-79, M
@SledgeHammer It's even worse when you disagree strongly and challenge yourself to step outside. 😂

@Frank52 well yea... outside you outnumber yourself with a shadow!

It causes lots of issues for me but I'm starting to get used to it
Rosiechick13 · 26-30, F
@Rosiechick13 after having a guy cover your mouth that sensation is difficult

I do and always have. Now I get to say I’m talking to the cat as an excuse.
