The obvious difference here is that one situation is consent-ambiguous, and the other is blatantly consensual. But whatever, keep on comparing 2 situations that are unrelated and pretending it helps your point. Think about consent next time. There are definitely double standards in society relating to this, but please, don't undermine the issue by using bad examples.
