When you get embarrassed, do you tell anyone?

I usually try to keep them to myself...

Everyone who can see me knows when I am embarrassed, or angry, or upset, or when I've told a lie...🤣. I turn as red as a cherry...🤣

They can see it on my face, I don't need to tell them most of the time

Only if it’s a funny story. Otherwise I am all about hiding it.

levels of embarassment include feeling silly..... to feeling so mortified as to feel unreal.

and when I tried to confess to some therapists, I was not understood. So it still scares me badly, the idea that I could be forced to keep experiencing that stuff...and as usual it was my "fault" so no problem.

Depends on if anyone else is there to see in the first place. Like that time my mom walked into my bedroom when I was.... Ummmm, well she knew I was embarrassed but I didn't tell anyone else!

I've learnt to keep it to myself. I told someone once and he goes tell everyone, right Infront of me as well. I punched him for it

I used to blush bright red all the time. It made my life hell. Had an operation that stopped it happening. Best 4 grand that I ever spent....

It depends on the reason for the embarrassment... but most likely I think I'd keep it to myself ;)

My friends know I can be dingy sometimes so I usually share and we have a good laugh!
