Hot water on your stomach, exercise, dark chocolate, no alcohol, midol,fruit.

With how my foot is right now, I can't exercise. Don't like dark chocolate, which kind of sucks. Don't drink anyways (underage). Don't have any and I'm unable to get it before school tomorrow. I eat fruit all the time anyways.

@repeters1027 Sad sad life
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@AnonymousJSS: I am going to be dying all day.
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@repeters1027: Are they that bad?
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@AnonymousJSS: They can be. Especially the third day in, which is what it will be. On top of that, sometimes I actually get muscle aches.
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@repeters1027: Did you barely get it
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@AnonymousJSS: What do you mean?
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@repeters1027: Your period
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@AnonymousJSS: What exactly do you mean by barely?
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@repeters1027: Did you start your period for the first time every this year??
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@AnonymousJSS: No. But cramps seem to get worse throughout the years. It has actually been 3.5 years.
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@repeters1027: Oh I got mine 6 years ago. I didn't get cramps until 2 years later when I was 12
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@AnonymousJSS: I started it in March of 7th grade, when I was 12.
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@repeters1027: I think it is true cramps get worse throughout the years. At first your period is not normal, then 2 or 3 years later it begins to get normal and you get cramps too
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@AnonymousJSS: Why is it like that?
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@repeters1027: Because once you get it supposedly you're entering puberty that's why its abnormal as well. 2 or 3 years later your body gets the message and it becomes normal. Mine was normal, but now it isn't because I have a lot of anger issues. Strong emotions can mess it up, but it will become normal again once I calm down lol.
fluteacorn · 22-25, F
@AnonymousJSS: Emotions are a b*tch.
AnonymousJSS · 22-25, F
@repeters1027: for real!!!!
