Suppose if Corona virus is entering someone's mouth and he or she chews it between his/her teeth and grind, will it come to an end there itself?

Depending on immune system. Macrophages will chew it in the blood. If you keep up a healthy diet and life style, shouldn't be a problem. We get many corona viruses through our life.Its more like a common cold. Flu is deadlier.
