Guys(men especially) why are would u be staring at a girl?

Staring is creepy.

Because she has fantastic tits.

Steering or gawking as I refer to it in my opinion is really creepy.

however if I think I might recognize a woman I might stare briefly but I will eventually go up and ask if I know her from somewhere.

Why are would this be a big deal?

Maybe I'm just daydream without noticing what's in the direction of my eyes...

Well first of all it takes two to stare. Most guys will stare at a girl because he's fascinated about her he find her intriguing she may also be beautiful she may have certain characteristics that make her stand apart from the crowd such as beautiful eyes a beautiful neck a beautiful smile
