What would you do if you fell off a treadmill in the gym?

I worked in a gym and watched a guy fall over because he was trying to lift a weight that was too heavy. I watched this on camera. He had no idea anyone saw him. I died laughing!

Like off the end or did you step off the side? haha

I'd kick it, and say "STUPID MACHINE" then dump my water bottle out on my head like nothing happened....

- I fall on the treadmill
- My body fumbles across the treadmill floor
- As I roll off of the treadmill, I quickly place my hands down on the floor, parallel to my shoulders, shoulder-width apart
- I start doing push-ups

Congratulations, you have smoothly transitioned from falling like an idiot, to spontaneously moving from one exercise to another... so spontaneous, in fact, that the treadmill is still going lol.

Repeat it daily so everyone thinks it's part of your routine!

Pick myself up, walk to the change room and go home...
