What would you consider worth it? For me, it helps my anxiety and depression. I handle stress better. As far as weight loss, it's not working for me, but I'm also on a lot of meds that work against me. I'm hoping it'll bring my blood pressure down. Time will tell. So far, it's worth it to me.

Do some form of exercise whether it's cardiovascular or resistance training
