How are you today?

Since suffering heart failure just over a year and a half ago ,I am no longer a morning person .I wake up feeling really rough and don't feel normal till about 11 oclock waiting for my meds to kick in .I am being kept alive on medication and if the medication stops working and I cant get a heart pretty quick my days will be numbered .

In pain and cant sleep 😴
