I was convinced old ladies getting on the bus were witches. I can vaguely remember my mum kneeling before me saying there’s no such thing. I think it was something to do with the cover on castle of illusion lol I think it was initially started off by that film “the witches”

Yes...in 3rd - 4th grade I was looking at a world map and thought how nicely S. America fit into Africa...this was years before plate tectonics was an accepted theory
There’s a Smurfs episode about a Sand Witch that is like that.

I thought that women could have children without requiring a man, but they could only have baby girls. If you wanted to have a baby boy, that required a man.
