What modifications would you make to your body and why?

It really depends on how someone feels about their appearance right? If it isn’t extreme ( like in some horror stories!) and just s tweek like:
Getting bigger breasts to balance their rear...why not?! Having ones nose refined to fit their face...go for it! Liposuction...and all the other things ( AS LONG AS ITS FROM A BOARD CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN!!!)! Remember, this is ur life ( our life) so make yourself happy if it really bothers u about a feature u hate about yourself! Of course...no matter who much surgery one gets...u cannot fix an ugly soul!
