I was walking home when i found this rock. Somebody painted a dog on one side and wrote project 31 on the other.

I think i intercepted some secret dead drop message or something

Someone in my hometown started a project on facebook this summer....to paint rocks abd hide them all over the town stating the name of the facebook page on the back. It took off in spectacular fashion and occupied local kids all summer finding and rehiding rocks and paining their own. Maybe project 31 is something similar...
