What word makes you cringe when you hear it?

SW-User Best Comment
Too many to mention. Actually I don’t wanna mention lol

SW-User
@Keepitsimple Yep, it would never be a part of any classy persons vocabulary
SW-User
@Keepitsimple Yeah popular cause it's foul and they use it for shock value - like ..hey look at me what I can say..
Keepitsimple · 51-55, F
@SW-User I guess I just think it’s nasty to say!
Sunnykel76 · 46-50, F
its 2 words "My bad" 😖
Harriet03 · 41-45, F
@Sunnykel76 You behave, or face the consequences!
I don’t, but apparently many people hate the word moist.
SW-User

Harriet03 · 41-45, F
@CereBellum Soggy is good, we've all had naughty thoughts. Then sat in Sogginess, for the rest of the day!
Dusty101 · F
@itsok I know and someone on here asked me was I gonna get my titties out when I was going on a sun holiday...
The nerve of him.. but titties? Crikey yuck!
Dusty101 · F
@SW-User I know... the only adult cartoon I ever liked... nothing could top them... epic quality stuff.
Harriet03 · 41-45, F
@Dusty101 Jugs is another one, makes me cringe!
4meAndyou · F
The eff word...always. It is so crude and unmannerly. Similarly the C word.
SW-User

SamHarris · 31-35, M
The word that makes me cringe is the word "dentist". 😨😱🤢
SamHarris · 31-35, M
@SW-User Not exactly something I really even like to talk about, but it's been three years since I been to one. But that having been said, I take care of my teeth twice a day everyday. I'm not my old man. He's got false teeth; what with not taking care of them properly, the alcohol drinking, and the smoking and the pharmaceutical addicition and whatnot.
SW-User
@SamHarris i understand at least youre taking care of your teeth i always forget to floss
SamHarris · 31-35, M

Juxtaposition.
SW-User
@SW-User what does that even mean
SW-User
@SW-User "The fact of two things being seen or placed close together with contrasting effect."

I just hate it because someone I know says it all the time to try and sound intelligent or something.
SW-User
@SW-User seems like a useless word

@SW-User Oh Hell NO! Not even in my vocabulary.
SW-User
@CereBellum it's a double edged sword i see why other races use the word but it is still wrong
@SW-User Absolutely right. It angers me when people like Ice Cube, who folks take seriously, have the nerve to get angry when someone white says it by saying, “it’s our word, now”. It’s not our word, and it can’t be, as long as groups like the KKK are still using it. And why would we even want to own a word that has historically degraded us ? I remember when people thought “taking back” the word would “remove the power”. We cannot take back what was never ours. And obviously the power persists. Some black people horribly miscalculated there.
