What is the dumbest way you’ve been injured?

On a scout camp, when I was a kid. During a game of 'Storm the Lantern.' I tried to moon the person with the torch and fell down into the creek breaking my arm. I thought I'd be sent home if I reported it so I kept it quiet. The leaders weren't happy when they found out. Just Lucky I didn't get blood poisoning or something.

My ex and I were visiting at a friend’s new home. I was in the house with his wife while the guys were supposed to be putting up a railing around the rear deck. My ex called to me to bring them beers and I walked out in the dark and walked right off the deck (no railing had been started) and fell about ten feet, cleverly draping myself over the handrail they had put along the sidewalk.
