@pennynoodles Like the resistant diet I researched and experimented with, have lost over 50 pounds. Know someone who was diagnosed with diabetes a few months ago and told him he could reverse it with the right diet and lifestyle and helped him with recipes I've learned, he got off his medicine in 10 weeks, his doctor thought there was something wrong with the home machine he had for testing and then did tests in his office and said "unbelievable"....and his cousin also went on the diet after 20 years of taking medicine and is off his medicine now...and several others I know.
