I went to school with a girl and her last name was Bighead and I met a person at work who's last name was Turnipseed. :)

I had a teacher in high school named Mister Bater. So, naturally, we all called him Master Bater.

i worked with a Mr. Shite. Yep, just like the commercial Mr. Dumas or Dumb ass.
