diabetes update: getting more water seems to be effective to not get a shot at all so im only officially getting my main one at 9p. its still 60 - dont know why its not going down

I have been battling it as well. I have cut out all the carbs and it helps I lost 30lbs and do not take any meds the last two A1C readings were 4.8
