When was the last time you fasted?

I haven't eaten for 4 days.. and before that was one meal a day for a week. Anyone one have experience with this?

Nothing like that... but on Sundays I normally eat one large meal now.

And I have gone 36 hours with just chicken broth, spices, water and green tea.

@Viper that actually sounds healthy.. maybe I'll switch to that method.
