When was the last time you fasted?
I haven't eaten for 4 days.. and before that was one meal a day for a week. Anyone one have experience with this?

@Doomflower yeah.. started on the weekend so the worst of the hunger would be over by Monday. Really low energy though.. mind is ok.. just slow. But calm.
