When was the last time you fasted?

I haven't eaten for 4 days.. and before that was one meal a day for a week. Anyone one have experience with this?

When I was at my worst. Meaning when I was using meth and cocaine heavily. I would sometimes go for almost a week without eating.

Now that I've escaped from that, I make a point of eating regularly and well.
