My grandma makes some awesome potato salad, but I’ve never been able to replicate her recipe. I’m gonna have to try though because now I want some XD@UndeadPrivateer

@Effloresce I had some leftover baby redskin potatoes that had been roasted with fresh rosemary and garlic. So I just kinda roughly mashed/broke them up, chopped up a bit of onion and celery, added just enough mayo to coat, a little bit of habanero sauce for a touch of heat and additionally seasoned with just salt and pepper. Was a damn fine potato salad. 😌
