It's over, we lost, America is gone and there is no chance in four years as many believe. They stole the election to have total dominance.......JoeHo is the second half of the Sixteen Year Plan to destroy America. Hillary was supposed to finish off the second eight years after Obama did his part, but Trump shocked them and pulled out a victory. That was when the Dims, the Tech Oligarchs, Media Titans, and the Puppet Masters said never again, so they employed all assets to steal the 2020 election from Trump. JoeHo is just following instructions to fulfill the second half of the plan. The American middle class is the only thing standing in the way of making America another third world satellite crap hole controlled by the Global Elites. Everything being done right now is to continue the erosion of American sovereignty and independence, destruction of the middle class, and American culture and values.

MoonlightLullaby · 41-45, F Best Comment
I think so, he has integrity many refused to see, but he was the badass most of us wished to see. The GOP is dead, who didn't denounce them? A go at the Patriot party? I almost guarantee he'll make it happen, and all former republicans will back him. Will it go anywhere? We're dead in the water..literally, and that needs no explanation. But he'll never cower or go lightly into the night..
@MoonlightLullaby All we can do is pray and resist. I am hoping that the police and military have enough honor and courage to stop this. They must know that conservatives are one's who support them, while the leftists chanted in the streets for their deaths, and threw chunks of cement and Molotov cocktails at them.
@MoonlightLullaby I believe covid was plan C to destroy Trump. The left doesn't mind breaking a few eggs to make an omelet. The virus was intentionally released as a last ditch effort to destroy the Trump presidency because Xing Ping knew Biden would Kowtow to him, and Biden and Hunter were complicit in this mass murder for political leverage.
That is how evil I believe the left is.
Yes. They didn't give a shit about the rest of the world either.
Frank52 · 70-79, M
Noble by not conceding even today, not attending the inauguration of his legally attested successor and slinking away? 🤷‍♀️
@Frank52 It's just outrage. Not very constructive but understandable. Everyone that is outraged needs to constructively channel their anger now. Acts of stupid violence and endless ad hominem is only a victory for the real enemy.
..........I know this sounds odd coming from me, but this is a new day, and I have had an epiphany.

@Stereoguy I think he was the best president ever, to tell you the truth. I love the guy. He did a fantastic job in spite of all the fraudulent attacks. Then the designer virus came along.
PS. Trump just said he would be back in some form, so I guess that answers my second question.

monte3 · 70-79, M
No fighting his election defeat without evidence eliminates any nobility.
25% of his voters understand that he did lose, they are the key to wether or not he can ever be a factor politically. I will bet and actually hope for recluse
Harriet03 · 41-45, F
@DiscreetWriterMike "evidence presenting stages".
You have to have it, for that too happen.
@monte3 [c=#BF0000]Those crazies that rushed the white house were a bunch of clowns. That was not "the right" trying to start a civil war. Look at the pictures. They are dressed ridiculously and the are all smiling and laughing.
If we have to go to war, we will multiple battalions, and strict organization. We will take out highways, bridges, and rail road track and airports . Before we attack. This is not a threat or a prediction. I am just saying that the conservatives in this country are not anything like the silly clowns that rushed the white house for souvenirs.
Trump clearly said, "Peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard?" This crap about incitement is no different than the fraudulent Russian collusion hoax. It is unbelievably ridiculous like everything that comes from these so called "democrats".[/c]
@Harriet03 That was my point actually. If a case is dismissed for lack of standing, no one sees any evidence, or any lack of evidence.

If the courts would have let the cases progress just a bit further, then the Trump team would have been "forced" to present its evidence, and that evidence would have become a matter of public record. Then the world could have seen either:
a) their compelling proof of targeted fraud, or
b) a complete lack of any real proof.

It would have forced their hand, so to speak. But because the cases were dismissed on procedural grounds, virtually nothing was shown. If it were me, I would have allowed all of the cases to proceed past the discovery phase and have entered into public record all propose evidence, even if it was obvious that there wasn't enough. Why? Because then you could definitively point to that lack of evidence when 75+ million folks in the US think there was fraud. But, because everything was dismissed so quickly, there isn't anything to point to.

I guess I'm a big fan of something I think Obama said, about sunlight being the best disinfectant. If the courts would have let things move forward more, they would have brought light to a lot of things. By dismissing cases on procedural and standing grounds, they (perhaps unintentionally) kept things in the dark, and allowed them to fester.

So this isn't a post on whether or not Trump won, or whether or not there was fraud, or whether or not there was evidence, it's about how I believe the courts could have probably prevented the anger that led to the events of Jan 6 if they just would have allowed cases to move forward.

@carpediem Yeah......the worst part is he said he had been watching me "degrade" for a while, I was like....."Damn" WTF?
Posting that shit on a forum is really like throwing me under the bus. It was my thread so I deleted the comment,
Noble ?? Come on ,please at least be sensible. Sulking off to Florida like a child having yet another tantrum. He still hasn’t even had the manners to concede, to acknowledge the verdict of the voters in the time honoured presidential tradition. He doesn’t even have the basic dignity to attend the inauguration or perform the polite formalities of welcomIng the Bidens, just like the Obamas did for him, the Bushes did for the Obamas and so on. The man has zero respect for America, the office of President or the millions of decent Americans who voted, whichever side they voted for.
EuphoricTurtle · 41-45, M
Just out of curiosity how exactly is he being noble?

And just to be clear, this is the definition of noble.
The definition of noble is someone who has high morals and ideals or people who are royalty or who have good breeding. An example of noble is a person who is always honest and charitable.
Why couldn't those mean old Democrats just let Trump break the law in peace?!
@BohemianBoo Trump has not broken any laws. Now I want to call you bad names, but I won't. You can just use your imagination. That is just more lies from chronic liars. Trump has broken no laws as president.

@puck61 we’re going around in circles now so no worries . I’ve said my piece and the truth about what he said, and equally importantly what he chose not to say (and do), is a matter of public record.

@FreeSpirit1 lol, do you actually think he wrote that drivel? If he had made that speech before the election, he might have actually convinced some people. No being noble would be meeting with the incoming president and showing that you are not a sore loser, while his speech was not as bad as I expected it to be it still didn’t reach the point of making him noble in this change of power
Zaphod42 · 46-50, M
If he had sent a military plane for Biden yesterday as is protocol, I might agree. If he had acknowledged Biden by name in any of his speeches, I might agree. If he intended to leave the traditional letter for the incoming president I might agree. As it is I think he’s being exactly as “noble” as his lawyers tell him he has to be to have any hope of avoiding conviction for inciting insurrection.
SW-User
@Zaphod42 To be fair he has apparently left the traditional letter.
Zaphod42 · 46-50, M
@SW-User has he? I’d be curious what it says, especially as it was noted by White House staff that as of yesterday he had no intention of doing so.
SW-User
@Zaphod42 All I can say is what I've read. He has apparently done so.
He threw a tantrum for two months and caused an attempted coup. So, no.
@BohemianBoo Trump said, "peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard" He never incited anyone. It is ridiculous to blame Trump for what happened.
@puck61 Yeah, all he did was accuse Democrats of treason and tyranny for two months, then say we'll never take the country back with weakness.
Then there were those statements made by Rudy and Don Jr.
cycleman · 61-69, M
Trump is a fricken Disgrace! He doesn't have one spec of nobleness within himself or what he thinks. Unfortunately he'll never be reclusive. He's just planning the next scam to raise funds from the suckers who follow him, for himself.
cycleman · 61-69, M
@puck61 Trump isn't Pro American. Trump is Pro Trump!
@cycleman He had the lowest unemployment rate for every gender and minority as well as the regular working class. Soldiers came home. Peace was made. (that's going down the toilet) Our quality of life and 401k's and TIAA's went higher than ever before. Old folks were able to afford their medications, Insulin was available to everyone who needed it (that's going down the toilet) We were the biggest oil producer in the world and the US and Canada had a sweet deal (that;s going down the toilet) There are 94 very positive and unprecedented improvements that Trump made (most of which Beijing Biden will flush down the toilet)
This is the worst time this country has faced because Bolshevik Beijing Biden with the help of his cockroach lackeys may very well permanently destroy the dream of the United States of America. Homelessness will quadruple at least. Crime will skyrocket to unthinkable heights, hundreds of thousands of jobs will be lost, MS13, Brown Pride, and Florenza13 plus the cartels will have free reign in this dead country. The figurative gates of hell are being opened by this pos Biden and his cronies.

Noble? He won't speak Biden's name. He won't acknowledge he lost the election. He won't attend the inauguration. He won't meet with Biden in person. He won't do anything at all to facilitate the transfer of power, even when areas of national security are at stake. So no, I do not agree that he is being noble about the change of power.

jackjjackson · 61-69, M
If that could be proven it would change the world. @nedkelly
Elessar · 26-30, M
@puck61 Here we couldn't give a damn about Trump and hospitals got saturated one month before many Americans even realized covid was a thing. For saying.

Besides, I've no problem with moderate conservatives (even though, if one was okay with Trump and claims to be "moderate", I'd have some doubts about it). I'm just appalled at those who're still delusional to the point of considering that guy even remotely competent.

And no, it wasn't covid what took Trump down, it was himself. The govt. we have here and in particular the P.M. used to have a mostly negative reputation and were considered by many (including myself) not competent to run a country. That general opinion changed radically during the first wave, because they could take their shit together and prove us all wrong. Trump has only himself to blame, maybe if he listened to science and avoided coming up with shit like injected disinfectants/UV, or that the pandemic would've magically gone away on its own by easter (justifying early reopening amid the peak), encouraging the first riot committed by his tribe in Michigan against the former attempt of a lockdown (assaulting capitols must be a thing in that cult?), or addressing 200k deaths as "it is what it is", maybe he'd have had better chance of running a second term.
@nedkelly I hope he wrote them down and put them on the fridge.

@newjaninev2 There are enough trump derangement syndrome nutcases out there who would make it their mission in life to assassinate Trump..
Fortunately for trump people who suffer the most from Trump derangement syndrome are usually low in intelligence.. They are type of people who watch and believe CNN, they are not the brightest.. So planning and carrying out an effective assassination attempt is beyond most of them..

But you only need one to get lucky for Trump to get assassinated..

I doubt trump will actually get found guilty.. If the republicans do decide to go with that they can fully expect the end of many of their political carriers and no chance of winning in any election for the next generation.. The political costs for them will be way to high..

I consider myself a patriot, but I also know plenty of patriotic democrats as well. None of us can be painted with such a broad brush. Even some of the socialists just want that sweet Scandinavian style socialism. (Which any Scandinavian will tell you isn't socialism at all.) The problem is, American politicians are not grown up enough to handle the "democratic socialism" that they have in countries like Norway or Finland. American politicians are too greedy and too decadent for that kind of government. It's sad but true.
@purplepen All of us self taught political scientists are scratching our heads too, we just pretend we know what's going on, throw in some big words, and make stuff up! 😉

@RedBaron If seventy three million people joined a new party, it might shake things up and save this country.
