If you continue to justify your fears, never facing them, you will never be free of them.

Let that shit go.

It's no good facing your fears unless you're prepared to face them, otherwise if you keep facing them and failing it'll only get worst.
GuyWithOpinions · 31-35, M
@Allelse if your not prepared to conquer that fear yet true. You have to first find your worth. Have a base of self confidence. And then get stronger from over coming them as you defeat them. Just never give up when you get knocked down and always learn something

@GuyWithOpinions @Allelse The notion that things get worse is an illusion of an end result. Some word or label, some achievement. Once you are ready, you never quit. Nor does it ever end. You roll with it 🌊

@Abstract word 😏
Nobody00 · F
That’s true but there are just fears you can’t face and then there are phobias and panic attacks beyond your control. Difference
Abstract · 36-40, F
@Nobody00 Nothing is in your control ever. Trying to unsuccessfully control your surroundings causes strong fear and panic. I have struggled with PTSD and it takes time to realize you are causing your own problems by trying to protect yourself.

@Abstract ugh...no. Not what I’m talking about but whatever. I understand what you are saying as a person with PTSD...but no phobias. Thankfully
Ofcourse doesn't matter if facing them will make you dead, empty or broken.

Hard for many to do
Abstract · 36-40, F
@ozgirl512 Yes it is hard to do. Even to know that we are doing it.

@Abstract an expression I like ... One day you're going to get over this, why not make that day tomorrow?
😯 Is this the part we start to sing Let it go? :D
