Stand your ground and tell them you're not comfortable doing what they want you to do. Don't let them take advantage of you. After awhile it'll just become normal for them if you never speak up. I know this from personal experience always being a quiet person when I should have been speaking my mind. If they have any decency they'll listen and understand.

I wouldn't trust anyone I work with, not even those who act like your friend. Plus your bf was foolish to offer a female coworker help. It might backfire on him.
