I Don't Celebrate My Birthday With A Birthday Party Anymore

For my self personally, I dont like to celebrate my birthday with a party anymore....But yesterday on the 17th of August which is my official birthday, I had to pretend because my sister and I were giving my dad a surprise party,and to prevent him from knowing I just told him that I wanted a familly dinner to combine our birthday's together. Most of the stuff had to be set up at the very last hour before the people came, I had bought in some props, like ballons and banners, flowers, and the theme for the party was Gold, for" Golden age"....lucky my dad is used to me going a little over the top he did not question about the overly decorated decore...when ever he asks me I just simply reply "I like these kinds of things because I am a Leo".
Prior to the event, it was exausting trying to order and bring everything together, my ass hurt from driving around everywhere... but there were nice moments when in a couple of the shops I bought and ordered stuff, gave me free gifts, it was a nice touch and probably because I spent a considerable amount of money🤔😁! some men offering to carry stuff for me was fantastic, and generally a really great day, although no one had any idea it was my birthday every token of kindness, and thoughtfulness from everyday people felt great, and it was a cherry on top that it was happening on my birthday.
Overall the party was a sucess and everyone enjoyed themselves and my dad got all emotional that we thew him a surprise party with all his family and friends....So here's to my fathers 82 nd birthday....🎂🥂
