Intelligent, kind but with an unprejudiced mind and open aesthetic.

So many closed minded people now who think themselves “progressive”. We had that mindset in the 70s though. Immediate condemnation and labeling of others isn’t new.

I can fully be myself around them. They appreciate gallows humor and are fluent in sarcasm but also know when to take things seriously. They have their own life without me, and accept that I have my own without them, but our lives are better together.
