@stound I went from.a Nikon F2, with an assortment of Nikon prime lenses, to a Nikon D3400. I never found the crop factor any hindrance. I do have an 8 mm fish eye if I really need something that wide, although the smaller kit lens' focal length equivalent seems wide enough for me. With the Z50 and the 50-250 mm on the crop sensor, I get effectively 400 mm and with the built on stabilization, even though it is not on the body and therefore in the lens, a slight handicap, I can still hold it to shoot. The balance of this camera seemed much better than its big brothers, full frame Z6 or 7 and less than half the price. The smaller lens pancakes almost flat so carrying the camera is even easier.
@samueltyler2 i like the better iso performance and higher pixel count for really big prints.

@stound I don't make many prints. I use an electronic frame to display my work in my house.
