I Value Learning Above Most Things
I don't see any reason to be alive if I'm not learning something. If you're not learning, you're stagnant and quickly becoming ignorant.
I know a man who believes he's extremely intelligent. He thinks he knows everything he needs to because he's 43. He's one of the most ignorant morons I know. He quickly buys into specious arguments and refuses to look farther than the bare bone "facts." He refuses to listen to anyone who has an opinion that's different from his. He's the most frustrating man to be around. I think that's why I value learning and improving myself so much.
