How could I have friends when I can't speak properly and don't trust easily? It's safer to be alone.

Safer yes. Best advice I can give you though is what I wish I could go back in time and give myself:
Screw safe: grow a pair, and put yourself out there. It'll be uncomfortable at first, and for a while, and maybe the discomfort will never quite go away. But you'll be glad you did anyway.
