I Believe In Discipline

My feeling is that you can improve on a girl's character significantly by giving her frequent bare-bottom spankings. I believe the educational value of a spanking depends very much on the timing. A spanking comes too late if the girl has already broken a rule, and I believe it's the mother who is to blame in this case, not the daughter. It is a mother's job to find out what's going on in the mind of her daughter. A mother should always spank her daughter if SHE (the mother) feels her daughter needs it. She should not wait until it's too late. Pre-emptive spankings build a girl's character much much more than punishment spankings.

That is a statement it would be very difficult to disagree with.
