We should all be fed up. The legal drugs are the real killers.
There are still states where you serve real time for having a joint. And we know how crack was distributed in the African American community and the fallout from it.
Portugal decriminalized ALL drugs and their rate of addiction plummeted. If addiction and crime is a real concern we'd never be in this place. But there's BIG money in addiction and incarceration. Way too many people in our government don't want that to end.
