Falling in love with the wrong person can really ruin you life...
These days, dating is a new world. It's all online sites, endless 'talking stages', multiple sexual partners, mixed signals and strategic mind games. What I do not understand is how people take even longer to get over a person who was SO WRONG for them. Sure, it hurts, it ACHES your heart when you thought he was 'the one' but he wasn't. You thought he was someone and ended up being the complete opposite, I GET IT! We have alllll been there. Being an idiot in the dating world and getting your heartbroken is just a fact of life and it's all apart of growing up.
What's important is that you RECOGNISE your errors... because ending up with the wrong person can truly ruin you and your life. I stayed in the wrong relationships for stupid reasons and wasted my tears for the wrong boys for far tooooo long. As humans, it's natural for us to excuse poor behaviour and turn a blind eye to red flags because we need to fill a void in our lives.
