I Have An Eating Disorder

93 pounds. My tailored size 2 prom dress was falling off me last night. I only ate a salad then threw it up. I later passed out outside in the grass.

Try disassociating yourself from that eating disorder. Give it a name. When you're feeling a certain way when it comes to food, just think to yourself, "*insert name* is acting up again." I really hope that you get better.
