I think the gentleman is saying he does not want endless discussion about discipline, He just wants to meet someone who will accept it. He isn’t looking for clients, he is just being clear. Seems reasonable to me.

But he is being clear what he does and if someone contacts him they know farewell what they are getting themselves into whether it's here or some other site. But yes you are right this is not the place to look for clients the Admin for not be happy.
