I Have Soiling Accidents

It's an emotional thing mostly...I can't stand seeing people I like being hurt or yelling at eachother or putting the blame on me, it horrifies me and that's been happening a lot since my father came back...arguments. Those arguments usually scare me and it makes it difficult for me to just relax.
