I Am Afraid of Rejection

Regardless if it's school, work, or relationships I don't like rejection. I try to put myself out there but it never really works out the way I hope. I hate feeling like I'm not good enough.

I'm sorry you feel like that too. Honestly, I always sort of hoped that that feeling might get better over time, even if such hope was vain.

I think we all fear rejection at some point. The good thing amount the human spirit is that we are also strong and resilient.

Unfortunately, rejection is inevitable. Best advice I could give you is to always ALWAYS be kind to yourself. We are often our own worst enemy yet can be our own best friend. We are not here to impress or to please everyone. There will always be pros and cons.

Take rejection as a lesson and learn to accept yourself, both flaws and qualities.
