I smoked for the first time in almost a decade, yesterday.

If anyone has ever read ‘man's search for meaning’ by holocaust survivor and neurologist Viktor Frankl. They may recall he points out that during his time in the death camps prisons who had lost the will to live would exchange food for cigarettes.

Anyway, self pity doesn’t fit me very well. Neither does defeat. Well and truly shaken that off.

I read that book years ago.

Hey, sometimes going back to an old habit might be the only thing to get you through when nothing else has worked. We're only human.

@SW-UserIts a good book. Yeah maybe it is. I should probably aim for one less destructive tho.
