I am Vegan

This was a conscious choice through a life of mistakes and hopefully learning form them. Okay! just let me finish!

I'm not going to tell anybody that what I'm doing is the right thing to do, I just hope people notice how happy it makes me to live and feel the way that I do today.

I have my horror stories as I'm sure many of you have too, I feel like going into this direction was the right move.

Mentally
When you accept the believe system, all your life is brought to question, it was my awakening. I am learning and still struggle to learn to become a better person. What i'm saying, is the past 5 years of going through this, it naturally directs you to re-evaluate your life's choices and decisions, and I guess through this i've gone to become more of I guess who I was meant to be? I dunno...

Physically
Through the process of eating this way for 5 years, and looking into the mirror and seeing a person who looks different.

Conclusion
So I feel different on the inside, look different on the outside. Feels like an awakening. :-D

@OpinionsExpressed: A little secret I've learned. First I'm old (not the secret). Second, I recover quicker from workouts, take no supplements, and my strength gains are way quicker! The loss, that bulky muscly look, but I would rather do as little as possible to just be and stay healthy at this stage of my life :-D

@OpinionsExpressed: Many people who go over to only eating vegetarian/vegan food gain a lot of weight. You must have a good metabolism or work out a lot.

@MartinTheFirst: hell no! I'm lazy, so to put it this way, being vegan allows me to eat more, workout less, and still be shape.

I am going to go vegetarian too, someday, I think. I'm a meat lover but... it just doesn't feel right.

@MartinTheFirst: It was a natural decision for me, and I mean i totally thought the same way you did too. That's all I got :-D
