'Oh-ma-gawd, you're a vegan!' I have been one since I was twelve and I won't be changing now. My reasons.. they are personal to me and I won't force them down anyone's throat, but I doubt that I will never cease being amazed by those who take offence at my chosen way of life. Well, tough. But I hope one day the world will find itself a much kinder place than it was before, not just for the animals but for all our sakes.
I’m not at all offended. I’ve tried my hand at preparing vegan meals for friends. The only time it’s ever been an issue has been with someone being critical because I’m [b]not[/b] one, although I love veggies.
