I Love Food

We hear the phrase "people change" so often aren't we "people" also...

When I was little I loved onions,
I would eat them off from my parents plate
& now for more than 10 years I simply hate them. I will pick them out of my food & decorate my plate wihh it.

That counts as change right?

So for 2019 I decided to make one major change which is to put myself first & to love myself sincing I don't. Very little change so far. Baby steps

I hate scones. I always felt they were too dry.
It's 12:30am I'm in bed. Craving scones.
So I get up & make a cup of coffee & I ate a Scone. I really enjoyed it.

I just feel weird eating something I've always had a bad opinion about.
So much of change. Is it a bad thing?...

I don't eat sea food at all.
I hope I'm not on this site one day telling you all that I ate sea food.

Small changes are happening & I feel weird.

Can someone make a group called " I love junk food"
