1. Metropolis - we begin with a silent classic from 1927 directed by Fritz Lang

2. Juliet of the Spirits - then we jump to 1965 with Fellini's first color film

3. Ran - we skidoodle to 1985 with an epic by Akira Kurosawa

4. Pierrot le fou - back to 1965 with a Godard classic

5. Daisies - one year later at 1966 with Vera Chytilova's joyfully anarchic masterwork

6. Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors - back to 65 with the intoxicating Parajanov

7. Visions of Suffering - taking a flying leap to 2006 for this extreme piece of Russian horror, a chance maybe for some of the audience to step out, get a burger and stuff

8. The Death of Maria Malibran - then i show you all a top 4 film of mine, the ravishingly photographed Werner Schroeter masterpiece
