I Work In Customer Services
I just ended up crying at work.
It got so stressful.
We were already short staffed. And one person left and never came back. She quit...then I had one person go on lunch early cause she’s not feeling well at all.
So I was on my own completely. I had so many customers order things that needed to be made. Next thing I knew. I had like 9 orders and people at the counter.
So I called for back up. And it didn’t come for like 5 min or so.
Then I got backed up. A few customers were really cool. Patiently waited and told me I was doing fine. And just take a breath.
Then this one customer complained that it was taking too long for her order. Like sweetheart...I’m running around....on my own....
So once I got done with all the orders I walked to the back and just started crying.
