I am tired of chasing quick highs

Haste makes waste, there is similar saying in hindi which roughly translates to "quick work is of the devil" ..
Urgency increases air element, bringing anxiety and related disorder. Mind and body wears out quickly.

Cause you still haven't learned to enjoy small things in life

I read this as 'quick thighs' which did sound tiring too. 🤦🏼‍♀️
