I Hate It When Someone Doesnt Text Back

[b]I love it when someone doesn't text me back. [/b]

I can't stand texting, it's annoying. People abuse it by holding conversations, or texting me stupid stuff that ain't worth seeing. A simple yes or no I can do, or simple "I'm here", or "I'll be there at 6", or "I'll be there in a min", I can handle. Otherwise, they need to call!

For me when a friend does not answer your message asking them how they are, isinsulting.... and it makes me think twice about our friendship.

I don't get annoyed if friends don't text back but if my son doesn't text me back (which he does but usually 12 hours later 😂) I get worried. He will often reply with a one word answer to about ten questions. He tells me I write a Lord of the rings trilogy when I text lol but then he never answers the phone either.

@Beebo I've told him when he has kids he will understand then wished he never gave his old mum such a fright lol.

All my kids are older, so they understand it now. It's the granddaughter who is now 17 we're trying to teach this to. She thinks her mother is a worry bug.
