I Keep Too Many Things to Myself

[c=#BF6900]
"I'm a really affectionate person once you get past my layers of awkwardness, fear, vague dislike and bitchiness."[/c]

ISFP, The Artist.
INTROVERTED approach to life.
SENSING mode of perception.
Judgments through FEELING.
PERCEIVING to the world.

Never been a conformist, never wanted to be put in a box. Always been independent, with no desire to lead or control others, just as I have no desire to be led or to be controlled by others. I value space and time alone. Perceived as quiet, it is difficult to get to know me. I tend to hold back ideas and opinions. But others see me to be carefree and light-hearted too, albeit I take life very seriously.

The hard part is being extremely perceptive and aware of others. With penetratingly accurate perceptions. Very sensitive in dealings and constantly evaluating circumstances against subjective beliefs, rather than being objective. I deal with things internally, according to feelings or how things fit into personal values. Being an ISFP, hurts the most and most of the time.

I like creating and composing things aesthetically, pushing the limits of social convention, often times misjudged as dramatic. There's always the need to feel living life in accordance with what feels beautiful. Life is hard for ISFPs, but I agree, we have innate "tools" to make every experience richly rewarding.

@silmarilion456 @silmarilion456 I think INTJ and ISFP are more or less the same or they overlap (Introvert, Intuition, Judgement, Thinking). I am not sure about the 'thinking' part, which is in inward for ISFPs, against personal beliefs and values, and for INTJs, against objective rules or laws. Correct me if I am wrong.

And how I spend time? Foremost, it has to be alone time, most of the time. I have many hobbies and I never run out of things to do on my own, alone, at home. 😊 I get so much drained when I am with people. The only time I am exposed is at work, and during those once in a blue moon important socializing, in which I have so much struggle deciding whether I should go or not. I run, I go out for a walk, in the woods. And I have six dogs with whom I prefer to mingle with.

Thank you for taking the time to read. Nice meeting you, Mr. INTJ. ☺
