This life is very important.
It gives us a chance to learn our
Spiritual Truth. It gives us a chance
to work off Karma that we have accrued this lifetime,
and the Karma we brought from previous lifetimes.
The body will live and die, but the Soul
is eternal. So in Essence you are God living as you.
There is living proof of this within you. This truth can be
realized and experienced through deep Meditation.
Going within, past the incessant thoughts, past the Ego,
Awakening the Self in the stillness that is full of light.
Deep meditation with concentrated focus within the
Ajna Chakra (The Third eye) will open the door
to the oneness of Being.
Your question about the afterlife...When we leave our body we
travel to where our Karma takes us. There are many levels of consciousness.
One of my teachers, Swami Muktananda, wrote a book entitled
"Play of Consciousness" in which He describes a trip in a Golden Chariot
that appeared while he was in Deep meditation. He saw many worlds
of different levels of Karma. One was a world full of Cow Dung
in which all of the people were naked and sitting on piles of Dung.
Yuck...maybe some heavy Karma? There were many beautiful and lush
worlds as well...
Anyway,. ...So... we work out some Karma
in the afterlife, learn some things, Then who we are at that point
with our Karma and how much we have progressed along the path...
Our circumstances will dictate where we take another body
to continue our work on the path to enlightenment.

@Babaji thanks for such great wisdom! By any chance Babaji comes from "mahavtar babaji"?
One more question, how soul which to begin with was timeless spacesless without karma got trapped into karmic cycle, i mean we have a life only cause there is some karma, but to begin with soul had no karma how it got into life and birth cycle without any karma at all?!

.....I saw Maha avatar Babaji in India. You know there are so many
Baba's and Babaji's in India. But when i was there, i heard stories
that Mahavatar Babaji was Back. A sadhu came to me and said he knew where Babaji was. We went. He was standing talking with some people at the end of a big lot.
.....We sat at the entrance. He saw us and stopped talking to the people and came walking toward us. We bowed and was consumed immediately in a world of fantastic warming light.
When we returned to our Earthly consciousness he had already gotten into a jeep and the driver had driven off. A very precious moment for me.
.....As to your question about a perfect Soul coming into the world.
After Soul has incarnated into a body...We think we are a separate being existing unto ourselves. Immediately we have desires and attachments. Cycle of Birth and death in the physical realm. Karma is active. Desires and attachments lock us into the physical world.
.....Thankfully there have been Spiritual masters from the beginning of time to
guide us in this world. To reveal to us that we are not who we think we are. That the truth to our existence is within us, beyond the trappings of time and space, beyond our thoughts and our Ego.
.....Thankfully the great Masters have shared with us the benefits of Meditation
in revealing the truth to us. And we have the opportunity to return to that state of a perfect Soul through our Meditation. True, we have an immense Karmic load to work through, but with the realization of the illusion, and the truth being veiled by the illusion is experienced, the path to enlightenment is established.

@Babaji
What I have heard about Maha Avatar Babaji
Was that he has been around for ages and one day
he walked into the Ganges river and disappeared
Then there are those that have said they saw him return from out
of the river.
In the east Avatar Maha Deva Babaji is like Jesus in the west.
I have had one meeting with Jesus. I certainly hope
it is not the last.

@Om2014
Was in India
1968,1969
Lived in my first teachers ashram for a year
Guru Maharaji. He was 13 At the time.
It was after i left his ashram, he sent all of his
devotees back to the states to spread the word,
That i was with Satya Sai Baba, Neem Karoli Baba
and seeing Babaji.
.....Jesus i was with on the Astral plane. He just dropped in on me and gave me some words of wisdom.
.....Similar to meeting Meher Baba.
I was on a train going through Germany
and was thinking about him because he
had just left his body. All of a sudden
i wasn't on the train anymore but sitting on a bench
with Meher Baba in a very beautiful garden.
He talked to me about the value in being silent.
Cheers
