Say you and 9 others were in a room of my making, with no way to leave. It's a comfy room that you and these 9 others could happily live in but it will require you all share your stuff.

You see that you personally have an abundance of food. You could feed everyone. There is a book I've written as a guide that says you should give to those in need, but the choice is ultimately yours to make.

Is it my fault if you choose to hoard the food for yourself? Or do you accept responsibility for your actions?

@Emosaur Says the guy who has a participation diploma from his high school. Too funny. Son you wouldn't know science if it hit you upside the head with a 2 by 4.

Not a very well versed one.

It is not as though God’s word had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel. Nor because they are his descendants are they all Abraham’s children. On the contrary, “It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.” In other words, it is not the children by physical descent who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring. For this was how the promise was stated: “At the appointed time I will return, and Sarah will have a son.” c

Not only that, but Rebekah’s children were conceived at the same time by our father Isaac. Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad—in order that God’s purpose in election might stand: not by works but by him who calls—she was told, “The older will serve the younger.” d Just as it is written: “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.” e

What then shall we say? Is God unjust? Not at all! For he says to Moses,

“I will have mercy on whom I have mercy,

and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.” f

It does not, therefore, depend on human desire or effort, but on God’s mercy. For Scripture says to Pharaoh: “I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth.” Therefore God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden.

One of you will say to me: “Then why does God still blame us? For who is able to resist his will?” But who are you, a human being, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?’ ” Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for special purposes and some for common use? What if God, although choosing to show his wrath and make his power known, bore with great patience the objects of his wrath—prepared for destruction? What if he did this to make the riches of his glory known to the objects of his mercy, whom he prepared in advance for glory— even us, whom he also called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles? As he says in Hosea:

“I will call them ‘my people’ who are not my people;

and I will call her ‘my loved one’ who is not my loved one,” i

and,

“In the very place where it was said to them,

‘You are not my people,’

there they will be called ‘children of the living God.’ ” j

Isaiah cries out concerning Israel:

“Though the number of the Israelites be like the sand by the sea,

only the remnant will be saved.

For the Lord will carry out

his sentence on earth with speed and finality.”

Be careful lest you be an object of scorn.

@Kwek00 Do you imagine that spanking is the same as killing? Curious. You are losing touch with reality.

What is the point of these idiotic posts. I’m an atheist, but why must you attack? Why continue to cause division?
Speedyman · 70-79, M
Put it this way atheism is flying in the face of what is obvious around from creation and also from the sense that everybody has that there is a God . Atheists fight against this. It is an escape from reason. If you just look at the creation as the Bible says that God has made it quite obvious that in his fine-tuning and his fingerprints are everywhere in the design of the creation. To deny this is retrogressive@Sharon1
Sharon1 · 31-35, F
@Speedyman well it’s not obvious to me. And I’m not really fighting against anything. I look at the world. Humans and animals, and the universe as a result of the Big Bang. What am I missing. How are all these scientists wrong?
Speedyman · 70-79, M
The scientist aren’t wrong. They have come to believe what the Bible has said all along that ‘in the beginning God created..’ The big bang is the mechanism by how God created the heavens and the Earth. Because we discover the mechanism does not mean to say we dispense with the agency@Sharon1

I tried to be an atheist once. It was just too stupid to keep it up.

Sorry you are not worth arguing with

You should also refer current situation with virus outbreak. One of the reason a Muslim actress became atheist is that she visited a school which caught fire and saw hundreds of burnt bodies of children who were stuck inside school not able to get out.
Speedyman · 70-79, M
Here is our atheist friend still angry at a God he doesn’t believe in. What logic! 🤣🤣🤣

@Emosaur I wrote a review on twilight and I severely criticized Bella Swan's character because I don't like her. Does that mean I believe she's real?

It's hard to understand and make sense of this stuff but I do know the people he killed and told to kill were sinners and or not gods chosen people and he's not doing anything now because he is no longer part of this world or something like that
